Wich payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal.

Do you deliver to my country?

We deliver to the majority of countries across the globe.

We won’t ship to some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations. The list of restricted countries may change depending on world events, but for now, we don’t ship to the following destinations

  • Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
  • Russia
  • Belarus
  • The Gaza Strip region in Palestine
  • Ecuador
  • Cuba
  • Iran
  • Syria
  • North Korea 

Please note that Russia’s war in Ukraine severely limits shipping to Ukraine. For now, we’re only able to ship products fulfilled in our Latvian facilities.

Additionally, our shipping carriers have a list of countries where they temporarily don’t offer international shipping due to circumstances like natural disasters and other service disruptions. You can review the up-to-date information on the USPS homepage.

Where will my order come from?

Shout Loud Wear works with a network of print partners operating in ten different countries (Canada, Mexico, the US, the UK, Brazil, Japan, Italy, Australia, Spain and Latvia).

The production country for each order is carefully selected by our advanced routing algorithm at the time of ordering. In the vast majority of cases, orders are fulfilled by the closest print partner, so if you are ordering from any of the nine countries listed above, your order will most likely be printed and shipped domestically.

However, due to reasons such as stock availability, orders may sometimes be shipped internationally, even if a fulfilment centre exists within the same country.

How long will it take to ship my order?

Under normal circumstances, fulfilment/handling takes between 24 to 48 hours. For high volumes, busy periods, certain countries and special circumstances, orders can take longer to ship.

How long will shipping take?

97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or fewer.

Do you offer package tracking?

Yes! You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order has been shipped. If you did not receive a shipping confirmation, it may have ended up in your spam/junk mail folder. If you’ve checked your spam/junk mail folder and still can’t find your shipping confirmation, please contact us.

Which brand of shirts and hoodies do you use?

We use only premium quality Gildan (t-shirts), Heritage (hoodies), Bella + Canvas (unisex long sleeve, kids t-shirts, women t-shirt, unisex t-shirt, unisex muscle shirt, unisex hooded long sleeve).

Which printing methos do you use?

All our products are printed using our top of the line, direct-to-garment (DTG) digital printers. That means we can create photo-quality prints, the amount of colors used doesn’t affect pricing, and there aren’t any order minimums. We use Kornit printers for all DTG-printed garments. 

Are there any specific garment care instructions?

We use the latest direct-to-garment (DTG) printing technology to offer a wide variety of printable garments and design color options. We use high-quality inks that won’t fade for a long time if taken care of properly.

Keep in mind that the original manufacturer’s care instructions don’t take into consideration the DTG printing process. So we suggest following the care instructions on this page to learn how to take care of your printed garments properly.

Please use the following instructions to keep your garment in optimum condition:

Washing – Printed apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn’t use any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items.

Drying – DTG-printed apparel can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang-dry works best. When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Don’t iron the print.

Follow these instructions carefully to avoid fading and cracking of the print, and shrinking the garment that can occur if you wash or dry it on a high setting.

What if my order gets lost in the post?

If your package gets lost in transit, we will reship a replacement order. Before we can send you a replacement, you will need to confirm that the shipping address you provided is correct and that you got in touch with your local post office to try locating the lost order. For the order to be considered lost, we may need to confirm this with the shipping provider first.

Why does my t-shirt, hoodie smell like vinegar?

When unpacking a new shirt or hoodie with a direct-to-garment (DTG) print, you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. Don’t worry, that’s not unusual – it’s from a fixation agent applied during the printing process and it’s not permanent.

Fixation agent (sometimes known as pre-treatment) is used for all DTG prints across the industry. It helps the ink bond with the fabric, and without it, the ink would flake off the garment.

The solution is simply to wash the garment! Neither the residue nor the smell is permanent and both should go away after one wash.
